Every time we saw a house we immediately contacted Andrew. He seemed to be available 24/7. He would set up times and get us all the info needed in amazing time. And given the market, if he hadn't been so prompt and efficient we would of never found a house. We had several showings, which he covered everything for us. We did make a couple offers with his advise on what to offer. We even had a inspection fail, which left us completely deflated. But he kept at it and found us our dream house.
