Kevin Beckman enjoyed the last 38 years in the hotel business selling Louisville for several different
branded hotels. Transitioning to residential real estate seemed like the logical choice since attention to
detail, superior customer service and having a good ear are crucial to buying and selling real estate.
Having a high sense of urgency and follow up are cornerstones in his day to day routine.
Aside from work but also included in his routine are his family (3 grown children and 3 grandchildren),
exercise (certified personal fitness trainer), running, swimming, biking and completing 5 Ironman
triathlons.
A Louisville native and graduate of Western Kentucky University, he enjoys being an active member of
Holy Spirit Catholic Church and is a church usher; member of the Louisville Kiwanis Club, City Salesman’s
Club, Louisville Businessmen’s Breakfast Club and Meeting Professionals International.
He and his wife live in St. Matthews and enjoy the close proximity to the parks as well as the dining
options offered a short walk away.
